Smoothie Strawberry, Chia, and Whey Protein
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein (or your preferred flavor)
- 1/2 ripe banana (for creaminess)
- 1/2 cup of almond milk or any milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup of plain or Greek yogurt
- Ice cubes to taste (optional)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Ingredients: Add the strawberries, chia seeds, whey protein, banana, almond milk, and yogurt to a blender.
2. Blend Until Smooth: Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a creamy, uniform consistency.
3. Adjust the Consistency: Add more yogurt or banana if you prefer a thicker smoothie. For a thinner texture, add a bit more almond milk or water.
4. Add Ice: For a colder smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again.
5. Serve Immediately: Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
